Universal Studios Singapore is a theme park located within Resorts World Sentosa on Sentosa Island, Singapore. It features 28 rides, shows and attractions in seven themed zones. It was a key component of Genting's bid for the right to build Singapore's second intergrated resort. There's two water rides in there, the area is 49 acres long.
The park pas been marketed by Universal Parks & Resorts as "one-of-it's-kind theme park in Asia" and promised that the park would be the only one of it's kind in ASEAN for the next 30 years.
The park itself has 7 themed zone, starting from 'Hollywood' from the entrance, to 'New York', 'Sci-Fi City', 'Ancient Egypt', 'The Lost World', 'Far Far Away', and last 'Madagascar'.

Hollywood is the main entrance area of the park. Its only attraction, a broadway-style theatre, is accompanied by several restaurants and a variety of shopping locations. The zone is filled with Hollywood-inspired architecture and palm trees, including replica of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. There is a total of 4 attractions and entertainment, 2 restaurants and refreshments, and 6 gift shops and retail in this theme zone.

The Second is New York City, its based on the original New York City, during its era of post-modernisation. The zone features various landmarks commonly potrayed in movies including the city skyline, neon lights, facades and sidewalks. This zone also has a replica of the New York Public Library. Special Sesame Street character appearances include: Elmo, Big Bard, Count Von Count, Abby Cadabby, Bert, Ernie, Grover, Cookie Monster, and Oscar the Grouch

 And for the third, is Sci-Fi City,
Sci-Fi City is themed to a supposed metropolis of the future. It is the home of a pair of dueling roller coasters. There are 7 entertainment and outlet in this theme zone. There's an "Accelerator", a Teacups type of ride. A "Battlestar Galactica: HUMAN", a Steel Dueling Seated Roller Coaster. A "Battlestar Galactica: CYLON" same as "Battlestar Galactica: HUMAN" but inverted. And the last ride is "Transformers: The Ride 3D", a 4D Dark Ride Motion Simulator. The rest 3 are all Retails and Cafes.
